Tiffany Longcor's fitness journey began with high school and collegiate soccer, but her true passion ignited post-graduation. Experimenting with home workouts, she discovered the joy of running and bodyweight exercises before embracing kettlebells as a cornerstone of her routine. She has been a CPT since 2017 and competes in kettlebell sport and adores guiding others in mastering this versatile tool. Her coaching spans bodyweight exercises, traditional weightlifting, odd lifts, kettlebell flow, steel mace, and methods for recovery and flexibility, tailored to diverse body types and strength levels. This is for folks who are trying to keep moving and stay consistent through the holiday season. You should have the kettlebell basics down - swing, clean, snatch, turkish get up - before jumping into this program.
