Tiffany Longcor's fitness journey began with high school and collegiate soccer, but her true passion ignited post-graduation. Experimenting with home workouts, she discovered the joy of running and bodyweight exercises before embracing kettlebells as a cornerstone of her routine. She has been a CPT since 2017 and competes in kettlebell sport and adores guiding others in mastering this versatile tool. Her coaching spans bodyweight exercises, traditional weightlifting, odd lifts, kettlebell flow, steel mace, and methods for recovery and flexibility, tailored to diverse body types and strength levels. Specializing in fostering healthy habits, Tiffany advocates daily movement aligned with personal enjoyment and fulfillment, believing it's key to sustainable fitness and well-being.

Who's This For

This is for my fellow gaming nerds who want to be stronger and more capable movers. This program specifically focuses on dialing in technique and getting a better 1RM for the turkish get up, and learning how to use a steel mace.

kettlebell and steel mace
Suggested
recommended having kettlebells at a heavy
light
and medium weight. and a steel mace at a lighter weight - 5- 12lbs is a good place to learn the technique. my personal favorite and most used mace is 10lbs.
