Weight Management Specialist

I have been helping people get in shape for four years working as a volunteer instructor for Shape Up NYC through various locations in Manhattan. I have been passionate about fitness since I was 16 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As an ectomorph I had a difficult time maintaining my look and had many questions about looking more defined. My goal is to not only get people in shape but to motivate them to push themselves and know they have the power within to make it possible. My class formats are HIIT style and also based on bootcamp and also boxing/kickboxing without the tough drill instructor approach.
