Chapter 3: Workout routines
Module 8 - Workout 1: Landmine Squats X Kettlebell Swings

Here we are supersetting Landmine Squat Presses with Kettlebell swings.
Rep Scheme:
-1st set: 12 Squat Press X 10 Kettlebell Swings
-2nd set: 12 Squat Press X 10 Kettlebell Swings
-3rd and 4th sets we are increasing the weight and lightening the reps.
-3rd set: 8-10 Squat Presses X 5-7 Kettlebell Swings
-4th set: 8-10 Squat Presses X 5-7 Kettlebell Swings
-5th and 6th sets we are increasing the weight once again and lightening the reps.
-5th set: 3-5 Squat presses X 3-5 Kettlebell Swings
-6th set if you want to go even heavier than increase the weight again. Reps will be 1-2 Squat Press and 3-5 heavy kettle bell swings.
-If you do not have access to heavy kettlebells to increase in weight then you will stay at 10-15 swings after every set.
Module 9 - Workout #2: Landmine Cleans, Jerks and Clean and Jerks X heavy bag cleans

1st Interval:

Increase weight on the 2nd Interval:
