Daniel Mason & Tom De Giuli are combining forces to bring you a true Unconventional Strength Training Workshop. This workshop will include instruction, technique breakdown, coaching cues, program implements and more involving heavy kettlebells, clubs and maces, sandbags and more. These methods have been tried and tested in the training room, for clientele sessions and on the competition stages! If you're looking to elevate your strength training game and open up your arsenal for yourself and your clients to get strong AF, build lean and dense muscle and to push through plateaus then this is for you! this workshop will be 6 hours long with a lunch break as well as a questionnaire coaching panel for anybody who may have questions or thoughts when it comes to these methods and how to use them and retain the knowledge after the workshop.
