I'm not usually one for group exercise, but a friend brought me to this and I've really enjoyed it. Great energy, great people, and top-quality instruction!

It was awesome, and beginner friendly which I appreciated! My only tip would be that since there were 2 instructors, one could have demonstrated the workout with their back’s facing us. That would have made it easier to visualize without a mirroring effect. :)
