Go through this mobility warmup to prepare for the work ahead. 

Warmup

This is Workout 1 from Kettlebell Juggernaut. 

Workout 1

Take your time going through this cooldown, stretching and focusing on your breath. Spend as much time as you need depending on how you're feeling.

Notes

Start on the ground with your arms slightly wider than shoulder width. Lower yourself as far as you can, push yourself back up and repeat. 

Pushup

Grab a bell with two hands, hike and swing. Maintain core tension throughout the movement . 

KB Swing

Grab a kettlebell by the horns or turn it upside down. Create full body tension, lower and repeat. 

Kettlebell Goblet Squat

Circuit 1

From the plank position straighten one arm at a time to get into the pushup position. Perform the pushup, lower yourself and repeat. 

Plank To Pushup

Grab the bell, clean with two hands, squat and repeat. 

KB Two Hand Clean And Squat

On your back straighten your legs. Lift them until you're just before vertical. Lower them and repeat. You can place your hands under your lower back or glutes for added support or keep your hands up.

Leg Raise

Circuit 2

Start with the kettlebell on the ground in front of you. Hike it stand up explosively hike it and bring it back to the ground. 

Deadstop Swing

Clean the kettlebell into the rack position. Dip by bending your knees slightly. Drive the bell overhead. Bring it down under control and repeat.
