Finding yoga in college expanded her perception of what is possible in life, and now she can't imagine living without it. Her classes provide an all-are-welcome-here atmosphere and unite elements of strength & softness in a full-body, feel-good manner. With a variety of options that will get you strong, sweaty, open, or mellowed out, Shelby G Yoga serves Yogis from all walks of life. Yogis who just want to feel good! Yogis who know that Yoga is meant to be sweet and nourishing and have the space to make their beautiful lives even more magical.

Evening Wind Down Flow

I have a case of insomnia so my body is too stuck to sleep. I find Shelby, a breathe of sunshine. I am significant off my Asana practice due to trauma (a long story). I decided to invest in myself and get back into my asana practice with a membership with her. I have enjoyed her Instagram and YouTube offerings.
