Valerie has worked in the fitness industry for 30+ years. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Menopause Coaching Specialist. Valerie takes a holistic approach to fitness and specializes in working with females in mid-life and beyond.

RISE Menopause Coaching for females 35 and older who want to get stronger, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve balance and mobility, and support parasympathetic drive
