Steel Mace Flow Fundamental Workshop & Soundbath Experience! Intention & Flow presents a one of a kind collaborative workshop lead by coaches Jeffrey Ochs & Andrea De La Madriz! The workshop will be held in Miami, FL on Saturday, 01.27.24. Join us for intention setting, movement, breath and a soundbath meditation to close off the experience. The 90 minute Steel Mace Flow and intention session lead by high level Steel Mace Flow Coach Jeffrey will begin at 10am. This workshop will be suitable for all levels and will focus on creating expressive movement with the Steel Mace. The 60 minute soundbath meditation lead by Andrea will begin at 12pm. If you are only able to attend the soundbath just select the "soundbath only" ticket option. NOTE that on Sunday 01.28.24 I am also teaching an Advanced workshop.
