Steel Mace Flow at Rock Star Boot Camp, Phoenix AZ Join Steel Mace Flow Level 2 Educator, Jeffrey Ochs for a special edition Steel Mace Flow Workshop on Saturday 02/17/24 at 10am at Rock Star Boot Camp, Phoenix AZ! This three hour workshop will begin by going over some fundamental of SMF with the intention of putting together a couple of beginner level flows. From here we will add a couple of more advanced techniques and integrate them into the flows. The workshop portion will last for approximately 2 hours, followed by an hour of Q&A / Open Mat practice time / Flow Jam!
