Thank you, Michael, for passing along new techniques as you learn them from your commitment to continuous improvement.  That and a good ‘ol ass whooping with the Tribe Besties keeps me smiling. 

After training with Mike and going through the Primitive Elements program I honestly believe that he is one of the most effective, creative and inspiring instructors I've ever worked with.  There is a certain confident competency about his programming and how he delivers it that lets you know that not only does he know what he's doing, but he practices what he preaches.   I truly enjoyed the work and would recommend this program and Mike without hesitation.

I’ve been doing Primtive Elements for about 5 weeks now and it was just the change I needed! I had been in a bit of a slump with my training and this pulled me out of it. I have seen increases in both my strength and conditioning which I’ve absolutely loved; I feel great! The workouts themselves are laid out well, easy to understand with his videos, which are also a big help as you get comfortable using the app. Highly recommend trying out this program!
