Hey hey! I'm Kendra! I'm a mom of two kiddos from Arkansas and a physical therapist by trade. My whole life I have been obsessed with all things fitness and have always had this burning passion to help other women on their fitness journey. But it hasn't been until my 30s that I've really discovered how I want to help women become their happiest and healthiest selves. 

As a mom, I have realized that fitness means something different in this stage of life. It's so much more than just our physical bodies. It's all about prioritizing ourselves again, relieving our stress, improving our mental health, finding a balance in the chaos, and getting our glow back! 

We want to have a space where we can just let it all go, where we can be ourselves without judgement, and work out in a way that is FUN to us and doesn't feel like another job! 

And there is no better way to do that than through dance sculpting!

This is where you lift weights and work those bands to a beat!

You will groove, you will laugh, you will sweat, and most importantly you will GLOW with a group of women who have the same goals as you! 

You will have the time of your life and find confidence you never knew you had!

No previous dance experience needed. Perfect for all fitness levels!

For those who want to glow up but aren't local or just love working out at home this is for you! Access to all recordings and choreo breakdowns. 3 day free trial. Can cancel at any time.  

Glow Up On Demand 

This is for those who don't want a full commitment and just want to book a few in person classes at a time! You can choose any 4 classes for the month. With the offering you WILL have to purchase manually every 4 classes.
