Overhand Sneak Step

The White Belt Program with AJ is where you want to learn the base of rope flow and truly understand each move and how it flows into the next. The modules are short in duration and are well done with easy to follow instruction both visually and verbally. The thing I love the most is I am able to quickly watch a module, apply it right away with laser focus on just a few key points and then review and pick up something new from the same module. Once I learn one point it opens me up to see other points I missed previously. It is obvious to me a great deal of thought and work went into these modules and the accompanying manual. I'll be continuing my rope flow journey with the programs that follow.  Sheila @grandma_moves

Wow! AJ had such through breakdowns and great drills included to continue mastering each fundamental drill! The cues and visualizations really helped me better understand each movement!
