 Dr. Karl has taken many kettlebell courses, courses at EXOS in Phoenix and University of Miami, and is a  Level III Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach (DSPCC). He continues to work with his Coach Darius who is a Master RKC instructor and founder of the DSPCC. In his off time, Dr. Karl practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Williamsburg Mixed Martial Arts in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Karl can not wait to show you what you can do! LET’S GO!!!
