OUR MISSION: TO PROMOTE A POSITIVE SHIFT IN MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.

Deep End Fitness™ is centered on the practice of movement, breath work, and the strengthening of one’s mind in order to optimize human performance in and out of the water. Our program incorporates techniques and methodology developed in elite human performance training, research-backed science, and most importantly real-life experience training thousands of people over the past 10 years. We utilize the operating system of F.R.E.E. (Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing) to drive in-water training and positively influence individual performance outside of the pool.

Attend Unlimited Deep End Fitness Regular Sessions. Tuesday & Friday evenings, and Sunday Mornings. That's 16 hours of Deep End Fitness per month.

DEF ATX Monthly Membership

Attend all Deep End Fitness & Underwater Torpedo League sessions. That's 28 hours/month of programming.

DEF & UTL Monthly Membership

Attend unlimited Underwater Torpedo League sessions. Sunday mornings & Wednesday evenings. That's 12 hours of UTL per month.

CrossFit TEXAS Roadshow w/ Deep End Fitness ATX

A great morning doing something different that I didn’t realised I needed until today. The coaches explained everything really well and helped us newbies break it down. This is water safety and confidence which everyone needs, and also a brilliant way to improve stamina, endurance, and breathing for CrossFit.
