2x weekly package participants may choose any 2 days from the 3 offered and may add a 3rd day at any time at a package rate of $35.

LEARN HOW TO MOVE FROM WITHIN TO BETTER LIFT, PUSH, PULL, SWING, CARRY, THROW, BALANCE, JUMP, WALK, RUN, AND BREATHE. LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY’S SPECIFIC NEEDS.
EACH SESSION WILL FOCUS ON CORE-INTEGRATED MOVEMENT SKILLS WHILE LEARNING OPTIMAL POSTURE AND BREATHING PRINCIPLES TO SUPPORT A WOMAN’S BODY AND PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH DURING WEIGHT TRAINING.
WEEK 1-3 WILL BE FOCUSED ON BUILDING STRONG CORE FOUNDATIONS, BODY WEIGHT LONGEVITY MOBILITY EXERCISES AND POSTURAL AWARENESS WITH LIGHTWEIGHT TRAINING EXERCISES. WEIGHT WILL INCREASE AS APPROPRIATE PER PARTICIPANT THROUGHOUT THE 6 WEEKS.
WEEK 4-6 WEAVES IN MORE DYNAMIC AND COORDINATED EXERCISES TO GREATLY IMPROVE ENDURANCE AND WHOLE-BODY FUNCTION. LEARN COMBINATION MOVES OF LIFTING, CARRYING, THROWING, HANGING, JUMPING, AND BALANCING FOR REAL-LIFE APPLICATION AND PLAY.
EVERY SESSION WILL INCLUDE: A 15-MINUTE MOBILITY WARM-UP SPECIFIC TO THE SESSION, A 50-MINUTE WORKOUT, AND A 5-10 MINUTE STRETCH/RECOVERY ENDING. SESSIONS WILL MEET 2X WEEKLY WITH A FEW SATURDAY OPTIONS FOR MAKE-UPS IF NEEDED.

BEGINNING WITH PHYSICAL THERAPY IN 2003, FOLLOWED WITH PERSONAL TRAINING, EQUIPMENT PILATES, ALIGNMENT YOGA, GROUP EXERCISE, PADDLEBOARDING, THAI MASSAGE THERAPY, SOMATICS, ROLFING, NATURAL MOVEMENT, PRIMITIVE PATTERNING, FASCIA FITNESS, EMBRYOLOGY, ENERGY MEDICINE, REIKI, POSTURAL RESTORATION INSTITUTE AND MORE.
