Welcome!  As a fitness and health professional that has been in the industry for over a decade, I am always aiming for progress by constantly learning and educating to provide effective and accessible content for those that are looking to enhance their fitness skills. My background includes being a certified personal trainer, Strong First Elite Instructor, Indian Clubs Coach, as well as a certified Stick Mobility Coach. My passion is to build resilient bodies through movement patterns that incorporate mobility, dynamic flexibility, coordination and strength.

Great course, broken down well and great tips

Indian Clubs Foundations Program is great for beginners to learn the Indian Clubs swinging. I am a beginner and I think all the videos that Monica provided are so helpful and easy to follow. She explains all the swinging patterns from the beginning until end in such a great way to learn. Monica is an amazing Indian Club instructor and I have already learned so much from her! I highly recommend her programming! 

Pendulums 

This Foundation program by Monica is the perfect way to get started with swinging the Indian Clubs. The Instructions for the moves and patterns were very easy to follow along. She has a very calming and a pleasant presence which makes the learning process very enjoyable. Looking forward to more advanced stuff as well. Cheers 😊
