I provide an intimate setting for a true 1 on 1 client experience. The facility is centered around functional fitness, and the client trainer relationship.
My training is rooted in movement for daily life, longevity, for now and beyond. I integrate athletic based movements for ALL humans, and I believe we are all human athletes. I employ functional training via the use of free weights, kettle bells, bands, wall balls, boxes, slam balls, and a variety of other pieces of equipment designed to challenge primal movements the body's CNS mapping, and proprioceptive learning .
Movements that do not isolate, but engage a multitude of muscles.
