Tom is committed to coaching foundational principles of movement to individuals of all ages. He Graduated from Focus Personal Training Institute in March of 2020 and continues to enhance his skills with various certifications, primarily in Kettlebell Training for athletics.  

Perviously, Tom spent 27 years at JPM within the Global Emerging Markets Sales team. Tom began his career in 1992 and worked his way to Managing Director and Head of Sales before exiting gracefully in May 2019. He intends to leverage his JPM experiences as a tool to benefit the mental and physical wellness of his clients. 

“I believe that fitness and wellness is an important part of leading a productive life. Switching gears to focus on this passion was a natural progression. My goal and hope is to be thoughtful and to educate clients on how to acquire skills that produce outcomes, making a healthy lifestyle accessible and meaningful to others. Its not just about living longer, its living healthier longer”
