Lace Up Fitness is here to provide you with  motivation, CONFIDENCE, and FUN workouts while you're dancing and always adding that toning aspect right along with it! Cardio without feeling like it's cardio? Yes please!

I have my BFA in Ballet from Texas Christian University and my CPT from NASM. Combine the two and you have a one of a kind dance fitness and strength training program!

You will receive an onboarding email when you sign up that will go thru all the categories on the site and explain everything. There's a range of class types from total jam sessions to our toning classes which involves weights, mini bands, and floor work. 

As I tell anyone, your body composition REALLY changes and tones up with strength training and nutrition. It's when I saw the most change in my own body and I wanted to share that with y'all. I release a strength workout EVERY week and lead you through your session (think of it as virtual personal training) all from home, or wherever you are!
