My name is Ostyn Nutt - and I’m an holistic unconventional training coach from the UK. I predominantly use Kettlebells, Sandbags, Steel clubs & maces, and aspects of ancient training systems to create an all round athlete, utilising the understanding intensity is a key to results, and simplicity as a key to results. With savage training methodology and continual minimalistic approach to training, no gyms or fancy BS needed, results are guaranteed. With my guidance, I will help you maintain better habits, build discipline to remain consistent, and in turn forge an unbreakable mindset and body. My coaching will allow you to reach to your higher potential, understanding the struggle to strength, transitions from strength to success, helping many elevate above limitations; increasing levels of strength, durability and capacity, reducing injuries and chronic pain, without the BS gimmicks and complexity of the modern fitness industry. Getting savage in all respects, be it performance, aesthetics, injuries prevention, or want to learn new just to turn a new page to unconventional training techniques, my coaching is for you, and will enable you to achieve all this.

It holds my philosophy of simplicity and intensity. - all kettlebell movements can be easily completed as single or doubles, and double bells exchanged with a sandbag of moderate weight in many movements as well. - this is a great option as a repeatable training template, tried/ tested and with all angles covered, taking your need for thinking out of the training, and making accountability easier to stick to - those with previous experience will do well on this program, and equally suitable for those who want to start there kettlebell/ sandbag training journey with programming that’s gonna get gains, with a small investment of minimal equipment.
